Please read these terms carefully before using kids.gifts.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using kids.gifts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Description of service
kids.gifts helps parents track children's birthdays, receive gift reminders, and discover age-appropriate gift and party-supply recommendations. Some features are free; others require a Pro subscription.
Free and Pro plans
Free accounts have limited capacity for kids and friends. Pro accounts unlock unlimited kids and friends, party-planning tools, and other advanced features. Pro features are billed annually unless otherwise stated.
Payments and billing
Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. You agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we do not issue prorated refunds unless required by law.
Amazon affiliate relationship
kids.gifts participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. Product links may be affiliate links. We are not responsible for third-party products, availability, pricing, or shipping.
Prohibited use
You may not use kids.gifts to violate any law, harass others, upload harmful code, interfere with the service, or scrape data without permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
kids.gifts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vechter LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
